about - a 2009 proof-set of coins. 2009 is a pretty cool year to be born in if you are a numismatist - this year included the District of Columbia and U.S. territories quarters as well as the Abraham Lincoln bicentennial pennies. Additionally included are what I consider the "Shemp" presidential dollars
- William Henry Harrison (died 32 days into his first term. Shortest tenure ever!)
- John Tyler (annexed the Republic of Texas. Yee-haw!)
- James Polk (led the Mexican-American War. Ka-pow!)
- Zachary Taylor (namesake of the original Black Mighty Morphin' Power Ranger. Mastodon! [Also died barely a year into his first term. D'oh!]).
